I got a new-to-me, super fun app a few months ago and want to tell everyone about it.
The Timehop app lets you look back at your Facebook and Twitter posts from last year with it. It’s fun to look back and see what you were doing on that day last year and think of how far you’ve come in a year, so I decided to share a few recent Timehop posts with you guys:
Clay is still making delicious meals. Glad my husband can cook, since I can’t!
My husband went to 5 different Memorial Day barbeques with his last company, and he won door prizes at 3 of them. A few weeks ago, Clay went to Member Appreciation Night at our gym and he won some protein supplement as well as a free massage. He’s still winning door prizes!
I love 90s movies like Clueless. It was one of my favorites growing up… no surprise! I also loved the TV show too even though the characters/actors were different.
I really miss coaching track and cross country. I hope I’m able to coach again one day, it was a big part of my life last Spring and really helped me grow as a runner and person. I wish we had a team over here in West Ashley.
Clay started his computer programming job one year ago! I can’t believe he’s been working there for a year because it seems like just yesterday we were out buying him new work clothes because they have a “business casual” dress code there. Yay for Clay sticking with his job for a year!
Hair dye boxes have never been completely honest…
How funny… I’ve since run 3 timed half marathons and broke 2 hours in all of them. I also ran two untimed “fun run” half marathons- the New Year’s Day half marathon and the May Day half marathon. I even ran both of those in around 2 hours.
I saw this post a few days ago as I was debating my decision to pursue a full marathon, and it gave me hope that sometimes our dreams really can come true with hard work and amazing running friends on your side.
I had FOUR goodbye dinners the week before I moved to Charleston. I loved going out to lunch with all my coworkers, and I guess those lunches make up for all the birthday lunches I’ve missed this past year since I work from home now.
I currently have my race bibs on a little ring, hanging above my desk, along with two awards/plaques from recent races. It wouldn’t be my office without the running race bibs.
I don’t know who said it was a 4 pack, but mine is just… a tummy. I laid out for an hour Sunday afternoon, so I am rockin’ a few tan lines a year later.
